Justice & Environment will host a Climate Rights Conference as part of the Discussions and Actions on Climate and Environment (DACE) project. This hybrid conference aims to explore a rights-based approach to addressing the climate crisis.
The event will take place on Tuesday, October 15, 2024, and will be accessible both in-person and online. The event will take place at the Europees Comité van de Regio’s, Batiment Jacques Delors, Rue Belliard 99/101, Brussels, Brussels Region. Participation is free, but prior registration is necessary.
This conference is funded by the European Union and will feature a comprehensive agenda focusing on climate rights. Participants can expect in-depth discussions on EU and national climate policies, the role of citizens and courts in climate justice, and various case studies from EU member states.
